Position Details
Position: Bartender
Pay: Minnesota minimum wage + tips
Hours: Vary Monday–Friday between 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Start Date: April 2026
Reports To: Manager of the facility
Location: 235 6th St E, St. Paul, MN 55101
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the venue
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Check identification and comply with all Minnesota alcohol service laws
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system
Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management during service hours
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of previous bartending experience
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and nightlife environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Availability to work evenings and late nights
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits preferred
Ideal Candidate
