Position: Server
Pay: Minnesota minimum wage + tips
Hours: Vary Monday–Friday between 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Start Date: April 2026
Reports To: Manager of the facility
Location: 6ix Mears, 235 6th St E, St. Paul, MN 55101
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Ensure tables are clean and properly set for guests
Process payments and operate the POS system
Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
Requirements
Previous serving experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Availability to work evenings and late nights
