Black Women of Impact

Twin Cities Honors

During Women’s History Month, 6ix Mears is proud to host the Black Women of Impact – Twin Cities Honors, a celebration recognizing the leadership, service, and lasting contributions of Black women across the Twin Cities.

This event brings together community leaders, advocates, professionals, and changemakers whose work continues to shape and strengthen our region. The women honored represent a wide range of industries, experiences, and leadership roles, but they share one common thread: a deep commitment to community, impact, and progress.

The inaugural celebration is presented in honor of the legacy of Debonaire Andre McNeal, whose work championed the recognition and celebration of Black excellence in our communities. His belief that celebration is a form of justice continues to inspire this moment.
